How verification works
What we check
- Mobile number: confirmed with a one-time code sent by SMS.
- National identity card (CNIC): the agent submits a photo and the number of their CNIC.
- Selfie: a live photo that we compare with the CNIC.
- Payment account name: the account title of the bank or mobile-wallet account the agent uses must match their verified name.
Who sees the documents
Verification documents are visible only to the agent and to authorised TaskBridge staff. Buyers see that an agent is verified, along with their name, photo and rating, but never the CNIC or other documents.
What verification means
Verification confirms who an agent is. It does not guarantee the quality or outcome of any task. Always check an agent's ratings, keep your conversation inside the app and report any problem so we can review it.
