Delete your TaskBridge account

Applies to the TaskBridge app and website, operated by TaskBridge Digital Services (SMC-Private) Limited.

Option 1: delete inside the app

1. Sign in to TaskBridge.
2. On your dashboard, open the menu (⋮) at the top.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion removes your login, profile, private documents, uploaded files and chats. You cannot delete your account while you still have an order in progress; please complete or cancel it first.

Option 2: request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@taskbridge.com.pk from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account", stating your registered name and mobile number. We will verify the request, confirm it and process it within a reasonable time.

What happens to your data

• Deleted: your account, profile information, photos, verification documents and messages.
• May be kept: limited information we must retain for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, or for an unresolved dispute, such as records of completed payments. We delete it when that reason ends.
